The Arizona manufacturing facility is located in Goodyear, AZ – a suburb located just west of Phoenix. This is Cavco Industries largest and original Park Model manufacturing facility and offers the widest range of floorplans and specifications of any of the Cavco plants. They offer standard park model plans as well as loft models, cabins, and bath and laundry facilities for parks and campgrounds.

Due to the reputation and diversity of the products this facility manufacturers, they have developed a retailer network nationwide and also ship internationally to countries such as Canada, Mexico and Japan.
